Today I am sharing my tips on how to
SUCCESSFULLY SHOP ONLINE
when you are shopping fashion.
Online shopping has become a huge part of most of our lives. Be it because we are busy, the pandemic, or simply the comfort, most of us shop via apps and websites these days.
It can however be a bit of a mine field when it comes to buying clothes. It can be hard to get especially the sizing right.
In order to give you a hand, I have put together a little list that can help you get the best result each time, when you are shopping fashion.
Before you spend a penny with a company, make sure you take the time to research the return policy. Some companies offer free return, others, you need to ship to the other end of the world, at your own expense. Some will give you your money back, others will only give you a store credit.
Again a google search can help you here, but most companies have a section on their website/app dedicated to returns.
My advise would be, if they don't make a return easy for you.. Don't give them your money..
Tip no 3: Take your measurements
This one is as it says on the tin.. Before you shop, arm yourself with your measurements.

Every company should have a size chart for their garments.. If they don't.. walk away (unless their return policy is awesome). Sizing is so hugely different from company to company, so please don't think that just because you fit a size in one company that you will fit that at another company.
Many companies have a set chart for each size but many companies now provide measurements for each garment. Something that I love and why its even more important to have your measurements at the ready.

My last tip is to make sure that whatever way you pay, make sure to do so safely. Personally I try to shop with PayPal as I feel more protected that way. PayPal also offer you more assistance if the items don't land or if your unlucky to hit a scam. Most important thing is, that if you feel something is dodgy, don't press buy.
